Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Intimates and Certain Apparel: For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, intimates, swimwear, or items that have been worn, washed, or stripped of original tags cannot be returned.

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in United States Dollars (USD) on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@zenithwillow.com.
