Shipping policy

We are proud to offer reliable and tracked shipping on all US orders. Our goal is to provide a seamless delivery experience, ensuring your apparel and lifestyle items reach your door safely.

1. Dispatch & Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Peak Season Notice (October – December): During exceptionally busy holiday periods, processing and dispatch times may temporarily increase to 3–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

2. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Transit Times Orders are shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers to destinations across the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

  • Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers. While we aim to get your items to you as efficiently as possible, minor transit delays can occur due to customs processing, severe weather, high carrier volumes, or peak holiday seasons.

3. Order Tracking Stay updated on your package’s status every step of the way. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.

4. Missing or Delayed Packages If your tracking info indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check around your delivery location or safe places.

  • Check with family members or neighbors who might have accepted it on your behalf.

  • If you still cannot locate your parcel after 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us at info@zenithwillow.com, and we will assist you with the carrier.

5. Correct Delivery Address Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@zenithwillow.com so we can attempt to update it before dispatch.
